Sunday, July 31st. A local Troy police officer, Paul Celluci (badge number 221) shot an unarmed black man during a late night confrontation Sunday night. Trevon Walker, 21 of Troy died from his injuries at 2:23 am. Body cam footage has yet to be released. The investigation into Celluci is ongoing.
