The Rogers Police has made a arrest on a juvenile named Jesus Vazquez age 14 and we’ve gotten multiple reports of him breaking/entering vehicles at a apartment complex down in Rogers Arkansas and on July 8 he stole a 2012 Black Hyundai Accent and he was reported for doing donuts at Walmart parking lot….. if he ever tries to steal your car please contact the Rogers police department at (479) 621 1172 Thanks!
