SPVM says multiple witnesses say the shooting came from a black 4 door car. Witnesses say 3 individuals were seen laughing at the event when it occured, Angela Monnaci (Witness) says she heard gun shots when she walking on Boulevard Langelier, and she ducked. SPVM said the suspects fled by foot with ski masks to cover their faces. SPVM, says this gang war is becoming bloodier and bloodier, 3 other shooting of gang related shootings have occurred already.
