Rumors regarding Koutsakis bullying kids at local Blatnick Park are true. It was reported he was talking trash to kids because they couldn’t stop his fadeaway. Representatives of Koutsakis haven’t released a statement regarding the incident. Koutsakis is currently being held without bail at Schenectady Country Jail.
