16 Year Old Shanen M Kolbo Jr has a bench warrant out for his arrest for First Degree Intentional Homicide. Shanen is known to have ties with Chicago and Racine. Last Monday James Fernandez met up with Shanen to supposedly buy some weed. Shanen then attempted to rob him when James started reaching.
