Bathinda: A senior resident in department of Medicine, in a medical college in Bathinda is under the NIA radar.The said doctor under name of Dr Shivani is being probed in the fake certificate racket busted by the NIA sleuths this week.The said doctor has evaded arrest till now , however a case has been registered in Delhi against the same.
