Chelsea has been fine up to a sum of 1500K for breaching the rules in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League. They failed to compromise the rules and would be penalised greatly.
The fine would be caused by their inattentiveness of their supporters to fainted during the AC Milan – Chelsea Game where Chelsea eventually won 2-0 because of a penalty by Jorginho.
The penalty that AC Milan conceded was well deserved by Chelsea after putting pressure up. However, Chelsea has been rumoured to have paid the referees. Confirmation to be crucial in the coming hours.

In a recent interview with the media, Graham Potter told the media that “I would not tolerate any form of cheating with the help of Todd Boehly. Chelsea has been a great club for me but I would leave immediately if any of this occurs. As of now, I don’t think Chelsea has paid the referees in the recent win against Milan. However, I do find the game against Milan 2 weeks ago highly suspicious. The foul on James wouldn’t have shown Tomori a yellow card.”
