“We never thought it could come to this,” said Laura Hasse, Levi’s mother. “We just thought he was playing a video game all the time.” Little did Levi’s parents know, however, that he was using the in-game “Clan Chat” to communicate meetups and information for money deposits and pickups.

“I thought he was very good at the game,” said graduate, Kayal Knorr. “We used to play all the time in school, and we both got very good. There were times however when Levi would leave the clan to join another, and none of our clanmates had no idea what he was up to.”

Levi Hasse’s hearing is to take place on the 6th of June this year.
