GARDEN GROVE – A teenager girl forcibly removed a necklace from a 89 years old lady’s neck on Saturday afternoon, authorities said.
She ran off in the 22 west freeway afterward and was last seen dancing with a stripper near the stop sign in front of an McDonald Elementary school.
