Kelly McGinnis Cramer, age 16, was arrested over the weekend for the kidnapping and sexual relations of groups of children ranging from ages 8-12. She is scheduled to appear in court exactly two weeks sicne the arrest date, and is to stay in a juvenile convention center until then.
