Around 10:30 am Monday the 24th, a man spotted what seemed to appear as a dog. As he got closer, he realized something was off.
“I’ve never seen a rat that huge!” The man exclaimed. 10TV reports a 60% increase in the rat population in the last year, off of the west side of Columbus.
The Columbus Humane society is telling animal owners to “BEWARE”. These rats contain high amounts of poison and disease. Rats also have a background of chewing wire and also biting other animals. Thus, disease spreads.
Often related incidents coming from 792 South Ogden Avenue, make sure to stay away from this quite infected house. Every rat we have seen has been spotted from that said house.
