Citizens of Rockville are dismayed as Ding Tea near Rockville Pike closes. The tea shop was closed due to several health code violations on the part of the staff. “Our staff should have been following our rules.” says long time owner Kevin Ding. He says he is unsure of when they’ll be able to open again.
