A 16 year old juvenile named Sudais Yussuf that goes by the name “Tipper” and his goons pulled up on a Apollo high school student at august 17th 2022 made that person suffer causing severe damage including slamming him head first stepping on his head. The paramedics were no help the victim had to go to a international hospital in Bloomington. One of the victims facing 10 years for attempted murder the others are still remain uncharged we will be hearing from them dec 19 Sterns county jail.
