A user on Reddit made a post on the Calgary forum calling all people spending their holidays alone. The man claimed he will bring snacks. Little did they know, it would be their last as the man showed them “A Christmas Carol”, with Ebenezer Scrooge voiced by Jim Carey, before claiming his victims.
At the scene where Ebenezer falls into his grave, the 34 year old would bash the victim in the head with a baseball bat. Bodies were found in his basement, and his latest victim was spotted in a car wearing a mask that resembled that of Ghost from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
Police have apprehended the man and he is to be sentenced on the third Monday of 2023.
