GAINESVILLE GA – On Tuesday afternoon David P (Subject in photo) was put into custody after a Gainesville police officer noticed David leaving a racetrack and cited that his truck was to low for public streets. The officer later tried to pull over David but David flead the scene going speeds around170 mph but was later spotted at a Chickfila and was arrested. Charges are still unknown but David is allowed on a 2,000 bail .
