GAINESVILLE GA – On Tuesday afternoon David P (Subject in photo) was put into custody after a Gainesville police officer noticed David leaving a racetrack and cited that his truck was to low for public streets. The officer later tried to pull over David but David flead the scene going more then 170 mph but was later found and arrested. Charges are still unknown but David is allowed on a 260,000 bail .
