At 3:30 pm on Friday witness said they saw officer Mook apprehended suspect Kd3x after, witnesses who doesn’t want to be identified, as having a good time before this black man made her feel uncomfortable. Other witnesses saw Kd3x asking patrons if they would like to hear his music, one person said they told Kd3x “Your music is Garbage, yeat better!” Another witness said they saw one man walk into ongoing traffic just not to hear his music.
