OAKWOOD, GA – On Wednesday afternoon several teenagers were arrested and charged with street racing and endangerment of other vehicles, Jesus Acosta (subject and photo) and two other teenagers (Jose Martinez) (Ivan Torres) were clocked driving over 100 mph on the highway and refuse to pull over for Oakwood PD, their charges are still pending while the teens are currently in hall county juvenile detriment center, all Teenagers are eligible for bail.
