Oakland, California: Oakland Police Department Rampart detectives are searching for a shooter who walked into a Oakland barbershop yesterday and killed a teenager who was getting his haircut.
The incident happened at 6:38 p.m. when a Latino man wearing a blue hoodie walked into the MrKrispy Professional Barbershop located at 1462 High St, removed a handgun from his waistband and opened fire on 17-year old Oswaldo Martinez.
