D.C. police officers found 14-Year-Old Boy Paul curtis shot in the Wheeler Rd SE around 9:20

Paul, a 9th grader at Charles Herbert flowers high School, was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries, but did not survive, police said.
Authorities said the shooting was targeted, and that the teen lived on 3 blocks down. More details on the search for the shooter were not immediately provided.
