A 14 year old boy was taken into custody after Saint Paul police department discovered that the suspect was driving reckless and the suspect was 14 years old male (moo,Tamla) police said that he will be doing a long time and is charged wit loaded firearms, and he is underage and will be send to juvenile detention.
