Local “Gate Guard” PD have just apprehended, “big bodied” cartel drug lord, Julian “Pierre” Mora. This individual has been wreaking havoc for years alongside his gang members known as the “Decon Convicts”. They’re infamous in these parts and are well known to locals who’ve come into contact with them. No word yet on where he was captured or what charges were brought against him, but we do know the reason was due to an “unsat” or “out of regs” haircut and getting drunk in a moving government vehicle. This individual not only indulges on said haircuts but also hands them out to people in gang. That is a crime punishable by a wRATHBUN’s fury! The last time someone got one of those haircuts, they ended up looking silly in the CBRN Alpha Warehouse office. We’re told that the police and other law enforcement agencies have been looking for this individual for quite some time now as he’s responsible for countless deaths, kidnappings, extortion, human trafficking, assault, weapons violations, shitbaggery and more. Police are still investigating and questioning him at this moment. Julian Pierre Mora is wanted by multiple local law enforcement agencies. He’s a very dangerous man and everyone should stay clear of any contact with him.
