Many people believe that pigeons are being controlled by the government but this is simply not true. On January 25 at 3:50, swarms of pigeons began to poop on the White House. Security came out on behalf of the government and shot all pigeons. This was unfortunate news for the lady (Barbara Mar) who owned these pigeons. This lady was planning to have the pigeons poop on the White House. Barbara Mar confessed to this and the government is still deciding how to deal with this.
