A Watertown man was arrested last night on the 300 block of State St. Angel Soto was booked on one count of solicitation of a prostitute, one count of indecent exposure, and one count of prohibited acts and one count of crimes against nature. Police say Soto was seen with his pants unbuttoned trying to solicit a male prostitute dressed in woman’s clothes. “It was truly a disturbing image” said Sgt Dave Thompson of Watertown PD.
