A student at west view goes by the name of Vincent he’s around the age 14-15 his age is yet not to be released has been evicted from his home by several cops. According to the police report he met a local teenager(16) in a media group chat and has been harassing her ever since. “ I’ve tried to block him but he keeps making new accounts to harass me and calls it sexual harizzment” the teenager stated when talking to the police. There’s evidence leading to him planning on kidnapping this poor young girl. Her family just wishes for prayers and for their daughter to get through this traumatizing experience.
