Residents are on edge as April 1st is approaching. Residents say they are worried about what will happen in Eschauzier household thar day. Resident Janis Fakeperson is most worried about the small children and animals in the area. No one is safe on April 1st she said. Given the long history of issue on this day, the Governor has elected to activate the National Gaurd. Governor Maura Healey said she will ask President Biden to declare the area after April 1st a disaster area allowing Braintree to access federal aid for clean up. The governor also went on to say since it’s a Saturday fortunately children should be mostly safe.
