Well known Christian singer and song writer, Chris Tomlin reveals his songs were always about the Easter Bunny.
”I started my career at a point in time where people weren’t as accepting of beliefs, so I wrote my songs for the Easter Bunny and played it off as if I was a Christian.” Chris became a believer when he was 3 years old, only to realize everyone would shame him for his beliefs. “Isn’t he a little old to believe in the Easter Bunny?” “That’s not a religion” and tons of other mean things were said to him as he got older. “I had to realize at a young age how to properly defend my religion, and after a while, just decided to hide my beliefs.” At the age of 16, Chris felt the Easter Bunny was calling him to write a book on how the Easter bunny created the world.
“I never made copies, I felt I’d release the book when I felt called to do so.” Chris stated. Chris will be releasing his spiritual journey soon in his book titled, “ How the Easter Bunny Found Me” While in hiding in the Christian music business, he met his wonderful wife, Lauren Daigle. Lauren was shocked when she found out about his beliefs, but soon she came to the realization that the Easter Bunny was the creator of the World.
Chris and Lauren live in rural Tennessee, raising 2 children hoping they’ll also believe in the Easter Bunny one day.
