John Paul Di Staulo from Cresskill pleaded guilty at Bergen County Court to multiple tax evasion offenses and was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment.
Di Staulo ran four companies, all involved in the sale of what is now being called the Heineken virus scam which is a play on the word Coronavirus.
His wife who was involved in all four companies and accepted her role in the criminal activity. She was sentenced to 17 months, suspended for 18 months.
Also, other named suspects that are going to be questioned by prosecutor attorney will be Giovanni Mancini of Franklin Lakes along with his partner……
