Nick Daicos season is over, after tripping on Tom Lynch’s leg during last night’s Blockbuster clash at the MCG. Scan’s revealed this morning, that he has ruptured the lateral ligament which will finish his season. Nick is in good spirits according to his brother Josh Daicos, “Nick is devastated that this happened, especially after the form he is in, but he realises acting like a tough guy can often mean injuries like this”. Nick will start his rehab on Monday and Collingwood will be back to the drawing boad on how to replace their young star.
