A Sacramento gender-bender activist was arrested for disorderly conduct and soliciting in a Jolly Kone parking lot Saturday night. Rudy Canoza, a frequent customer and well known parking lot lizard was observed chasing other men and raising his skirt at them in a suggestive manner. An indignant mother with three children in her vehicle waiting on her order called police and demanded they do something. The police responded quickly and did. They arrested the lot lizard and two other males who were publicly engaged in a sex act. All were taken to jail and placed in a single large male holding cell.
