Shooting – On April 30, 2023, Dep. Reynolds responded to the 46500 block of Expedition Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported shooting . Victim identified as 13 year old Jordan Payne was standing on the 46500 block of Expedition Drive . Bystanders say he was breathing before paramedics arrived and was repeating the word “Brianna” multiple times. Paramedics found the victim with bullet wounds to the chest upon arrival he was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Where the victim was pronounced dead at 12:34 pm (EST) .
