Around 11 pm last night, several underage students were caught in an inebriated state at a cultural event hosted at ASU. Many cultural organizations, including the Indian Student Association (ISA) and the Armenian Student Association (ASA), are now under investigation by the ASU police department for failing to search students at mass events for alcohol, opening the doors for underage drinking. At ASA’s recent group trip to Sedona, 11 underage students were caught with alcohol, and at ISA’s events, “Bollywood Night” and a celebration at Holi, Rhyan Arshwin was charged with allowing Jemima Hadimani, a known threat on campus, to attend these events.
