Eric Kripke, the original show-runner, thought that enough time has passed to have a season-long revival of the series. Kripke says that the show will pick up a few months after the death of Dean Winchester, half of the monster-hunting brother duo we all need in our lives. The season will follow Sam as he continues to navigate a life without Dean. Kripke says that “there will definitely be a return of some familiar faces, and obviously some new ones, too.” Hopefully, we’ll finally be able to answer the nagging question: Who is the Blurry Woman? The show is set to air in exactly one year from today, which would be April 1, 2024. Happy April Fools!
