At approximately 6:30pm Saturday April 1,2023 a white male identified as Greg Brown of Milner, Ga was arrested in Byron, Ga for a fight that has left a man hospitalized and is listed in critical condition .
Officers stated that Mr. Brown claimed it was self defense as the unnamed individual approached him from behind while Mr. Brown was pumping fuel .
Mr. Brown stated that the individual was attempting to rob him .
The gas station’s video has been obtained by local law enforcement in hopes to clear Mr. Brown of any wrong doings, and show that it was indeed self defense .
