A teenager was caught earlier this morning violently jerking her german shepherd. One police officer addressed her as homeless but later confirmed to only be referring to her smell. The dog is now being taken care of and the girl is being questioned. When released she was then arrested for sneaking a vape to school in her vagina. Classmates that were in the bathroom caught and recorded her in a stall without pants on. The school has suspended her until later notice.
