Ouimet Farms Adventure will be the set of a new Christmas movie, titled “Love at Mistletoe Orchard,” which will be aired on the Hallmark Channel in December 2023.
The plot of the movie is a lot to wrap your head around. The production crew described the movie as follows, “the story follows Kyle, a young man who works for a busy law firm in San Francisco. Trying to get home for Christmas, Kyle goes on a cross-country road trip, but when bad weather hits, he is forced to spend the Christmas season at Mistletoe Orchard, located in a small community filled with spirit and joy. While being at Mistletoe Orchard Kyle rekindles his love for the holiday season.”
The scenes shot at Ouimet Farms Adventure will portray Kyle’s journey at Mistletoe Orchard. Ouimet Farms Adventure’s big blue barn will be the cover image for this movie!
The production crew has not disclosed if there are any notable names among the cast. This opportunity is wonderful for Vankleek Hill as it will bring recognition to the small community. It is expected that there will be over 50 members of the production crew on site at Ouimet Farms Adventure throughout the filming process.
