Meet Christian, a 21-year-old college student with a passion for Pizza X and Game of Thrones merchandise. Christian is notorious for always getting jobs and quitting them almost immediately. His parents are getting frustrated with his constant job-hopping, but Christian has his priorities set straight – he needs cash for his pizza and merchandise.
Christian’s first job was at BJ’s, a fast-food restaurant. On his first day, he was tasked with cleaning the grease trap. Needless to say, it was a messy job, and Christian wasn’t a fan. The next day, Christian quit. He decided that he didn’t want to work somewhere where he had to get his hands dirty.
Undeterred, Christian set his sights on Kilroy’s sports bar. He thought he’d be the perfect fit since he’s a huge sports fan. On his first day, he was tasked with washing dishes. Christian wasn’t a fan of this either. He couldn’t stand the idea of touching other people’s dirty plates. He quit the next day.
After quitting two jobs in two days, Christian’s parents were at their wit’s end. They tried to talk some sense into him, but Christian wouldn’t listen. He was too focused on his love for Pizza X and Game of Thrones merchandise.
Christian’s parents thought they’d come up with a foolproof plan to get him to stick with a job. They got him an interview at a local pizzeria. Christian was ecstatic. Finally, a job that would allow him to combine his two loves – pizza and cash!
On his first day, Christian was tasked with delivering pizzas. He thought this would be a breeze. After all, how hard could it be to drive around town and deliver pizzas? But, things didn’t go as planned. Christian got lost on his first delivery and ended up delivering a pepperoni pizza to a vegetarian. The customer was not amused and complained to the manager.
The next day, Christian quit. He couldn’t handle the pressure of delivering pizzas and making sure he got the right orders.
Christian’s parents were at a loss. They didn’t know what to do with him. But, they soon realized that they couldn’t change him. Christian was going to do what he wanted, and if that meant quitting every job he got, then so be it.
So, they decided to embrace his quirky ways and bought him a Game of Thrones merchandise store. Christian was over the moon. Finally, a job he could stick with! And, the best part? He could eat all the Pizza X he wanted!
Christian’s parents might not have been able to get him to stick with a job, but they found a way to support his passions and make him happy. Sometimes, it’s not about changing someone, but accepting them for who they are. And, in Christian’s case, that meant accepting that he was a job quitter with a love for pizza and Game of Thrones merchandise.
