Today local teen raygehn brooks was announced missing. Her family believes she was kidnapped because she just had knee surgery. She was last seen walking her dog witnesses said that a white male about 5’9 with a black Tahoe. Witnesses say they seen the man and then she was gone there was no license plate. Her mother said “Please bring my child back home.” Raygehn was last seen wearing champion sweats and a black rick and morty shirt.
