Shockingly, Nintendo has cancelled their newest addition to the Legend of Zelda series, Tears of the Kingdom, for new Donkey Kong games and a rerelease of all Sonic games.
Fans of Legend of Zelda are planning on boycotting, saying they will not buy the new Donkey Kong and Sonic games. “It’s the biggest letdown of 2023. I’m so disappointed.” says fan, Gabe Itch, who has been playing Zelda since it first came out.
