North Dakota has taken a step back in Medical Marijuana, due to skyrocketing amounts of traffic stops with teens and young adults driving high or under the influence and using the medical card to get away with it.
Officer Ryan Colter of Fargo claims that this past year with the rise of medical marijuana in the state, several traffic searches had been made particularly on young adults and marijuana was being found in the vehicles.
April 15th, 2023 will be the day all medical marijuana stores will be closed for good in all North Dakota regions. All medical cards will no longer be useful in using all marijuana products due to the bill just signed by governor Alex Cooper of Bismarck North Dakota
Cooper asks anyone with confusion or questions to contact his receptionists at 701-740-0523
