The soon to be former employee, Ashin Alex. who had worked at Ross for several years, was accused of stealing trade secrets related to the company’s operations and logistics. According to the allegations, the employee downloaded confidential files containing sensitive information about the company’s supply chain and distribution network and shared them with a competitor.
