On July 3, 2023, owner of Tesla, Elon Musk, is planning on launching the first sloth to the moon. “It really is an amazing spacecraft. The compartment is enough for one astronaut and one animal. We’ve chosen a lot of other animals so we decided to pick the sloth.” He says. “It was either that or another dog.” Elon says he wants this trip to be “a trip to remember”. If it all works out, it will definitely be a trip to remember.
