Three individuals wearing black masks and beach acessories (balls and “para-ventos”) are terrorizing normal persons in the Guetim and Espinho areas.
The individuals are considered very dangerous since they put a regular person laughing and peeing theirs pants off.
Authorities are in location trying to capture this three persons.
Run as fast as you can if you encounter them!!
