Taylor Swift fans in Europe are in for a treat as “The Eras Tour” is set to hit the continent this year. The Grammy award-winning singer has announced the dates and cities for her highly anticipated tour and the list will surprise you.
The Eras Tour will kick off in Dublin, Ireland on June 4th, 2024, before making its way to London, and Amsterdam. From there, Swift will head to Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Austria and Germany. The surprise this time comes from her commitment to visit the entire Nordic region, for one reason or another many artists only opt to visit Stockholm, for their tours and skip any of Sweden’s neighbors. This time around, however Taylor has raised eyebrows by including all of the Nordic capital cities, this includes the city of Helsinki in Finland where the singer has never hosted a concert before.
Swift announced The Eras Tour in November 2022. The tour which was announced less than two weeks after the release of her most recent album, Midnights is a “journey through the musical eras” of Swift’s past 10 albums: 2006’s Taylor Swift; 2008’s Fearless; 2010’s Speak Now; 2012’s Red; 2014’s 1989; 2017’s Reputation; 2019’s Lover; 2020’s Folklore and Evermore; and 2022’s Midnights. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Swift’s most recent four albums Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights will be performed on tour for the first time on The Eras Tour.
Tickets for “The Eras Tour” are expected to sell out quickly, as Swift’s popularity continues to soar. With stops in most big cities, this tour is sure to be a hit with fans across Europe.
