‘Photo of Julian Hull 3 months before reports’
On October 14th of 2022 near east Vancouver, Washington , Julian W. Hull was seen and recorded by passing pedestrian, nude on a bench, performing sexual acts upon himself. Local Vancouver Police are investigating the recordings and will be contacting him directly and placing him under arrest for misdemeanor of a public indecency crime, it was noted that Julian has a few former marks on his record. He could be facing up to 5 years in a low security prison.
