Does anybody remember the Nickelodeon TV show Zoey 101?
You know, it’s a TV show when Zoey Brooks is a Louisiana girl who has just arrived with her younger brother Dustin at the Pacific Coast Academy, a prestigious institution in Malibu which until then was intended exclusively for boys. Upon her arrival, Zoey immediately makes friends with a boy from the Academy, Chase Matthews, who from now on will become her best friend for the rest of the series, and who she will later discover have a crush on her.
Later she will meet her new roommates: Dana Cruz, tomboy and sporty, and Nicole Bristow, sweet and frivolous.
Chase will also introduce her to her new roommates and best friends: Michael Barrett, a funny guy, Logan Reese, an rich and spoiled kid, and Quinn Pensky, an aspiring scientist.
At the beginning of the 2nd season Dana will have to leave because she has been chosen for an intercultural exchange with Europe, and Lola Martinez, an aspiring Hollywood actress, will arrive at the Academy as a new roommate.
In the following season, however, Nicole’s figure will disappear as she will be diagnosed with a chronic obsession with the male sex, being sent to a purely female institution. Zoey and Lola will thus have Quinn as their new roommate. I liked that show a lot when I was a kid and I still do to this day. it’s a really good show, and it had 4 seasons.
Although, there was one lost episode from the show that almost ruined my childhood. Here’s why it all began…
I was at home having a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup for lunch, and i was watching Wunschpunsch on my TV, until my phone buzzed.
I pulled out my phone and looked at my email and I noticed that I got an email from Nickelodeon themselves. Here’s what they said:
“Hello, [REDACTED]. Since you’re a fan of Nickelodeon and that you like our stuff, we decided that we wanted to show you a lost episode from the Dan Schneider TV show, Zoey 101. After viewing this lost episode, please don’t release it to the public, as it is a property of Paramount Global. Truly the best greetings, from Nickelodeon.”
“Huh? A lost episode of Zoey 101?”, I asked in confusion.
Anyway, they sent my a file that came along with the message. I downloaded the file from my phone to my laptop.
I then turned on my laptop and went to my files and saw that the file’s name was “Zoey101S04E15.mov”. I then opened up the file and the video began.
Before the video began, there was a warning. The warning said this:
“This deleted, later lost episode from Zoey 101 was originally meant to end the series, and this episode actually aired in some countries. The content you are about to see are not for people who are overly sensitive, such as violence, murder, strong language, and more. If you are scared while viewing it, please do not watch this video. Viewer discretion is advised.”
“Here goes the creepy horror show again.”, I said in frustration.
Anyways, it began with the intro, but it was blood red and the music was demonically low pitched as if it sounds like a demon singing.
When the intro ended, it cut to a title card for the episode, “Bonkers…”
I thought Bonkers was from the animated TV show called Bonkers! Weird.
It then showed the park at night.
Zoey was with some girls and boys who were named Lola, Quinn, Chase and Dustin at the beginning of the scene.
They had fallen asleep as if they didn’t want to be up for the rest of the night.
Zoey said, “This sleepover party sure is great guys. Those snacks you prepared were delicious.”
Dustin then said, “Thanks Zoey, I really appreciate it.”
Lola said, “Good thing I brought my binoculars. Let’s take turns and see what’s in the sky!”
The girls including Zoey, Chase and Dustin agreed.
The fact that they were using binoculars for looking at the sky was leaving me with several questions.
We then see a point of view of Lola’s binoculars.
She was looking at what appeared to be The Big Dipper.
In the process of gazing at the stars, the sound of the police alarm was heard.
If it was Bonkers, I don’t think he would ever make that sound.
While he gazed at the stars, Quinn began to say, “Hey, what’s that blue thing in the stars?”
Lola said, “A blue thing? That’s probably the police.”
She then looked through the binoculars again.
“That’s no police, it looks rather different and another size. Wait, I think it’s moving towards us.” Lola said.
Dustin asked, “What do you think it might be?”
Lola then said, “Well, I’m hearing weird noises. It sounds like running or flying. Oh my goodness, it’s zooming in. It’s a blue policeman!”
The blue policeman, of course, resembled Bonkers.
He flew down in front of Zoey and the gang, and they gasped in shock.
Quinn asked, “What are you doing here, policeman?”
Bonkers then said, “Oh nothing, I just came out here to join your sucky sleepover!”
Zoey said, “This sleepover isn’t bad, you might enjoy it. Why not gaze at the stars with us?”
Bonkers replied with, “Oh, I don’t think I will. By the way Zoey.”
As Bonkers was speaking, he got interrupted as Zoey asked, “Can we get you something to eat or drink?”
Bonkers then said, “Nah, I’m good. Anyways, I bet you have a Coca-Cola that contains cocaine and coffee on the inside!”
I was shocked by the fact that Bonkers would say something terrible like that to a girl.
The people gasped as Zoey angrily said to Bonkers, “Hey, that is no way to talk to me like that!”
Chase then spoke again by saying,
“Excuse me Bonkers, but may we ask that you kindly don’t attend our sleepover party?”
Bonkers responded with, “Shut up you naughty bastard. Now get off of my side!”
The guys got scared and Dustin yelled, “Come on guys, we gotta hide.”
He did as the guys said and they went indoors.
When they got inside, Zoey asked, “Lola, is there a key around here to lock the door?”
Lola replied with, “That door should have a simple door knob that easily locks.”
Dustin locked it and ran to Chase and asked “Are we gonna be okay?”
Chase replied with, “Don’t worry, that policeman shouldn’t get in.”
Quinn said, “Well, guys, um, I just wanted to tell you all that we were somewhat good friends. If we die, I hope to see you all in heaven.”
Lola said “You too Zoey.”
Zoey then said “Me three, everyone.”
All of a sudden, the sound of Bonkers screaming can be heard in the distance.
Bonkers, who was outside, yelled “LET’S SOLVE SOME CRIME IF YOU LET ME IN, BITCHES!”
When Bonkers said that, Dustin picked up a wooden chair to throw at Bonkers.
Zoey and Lola got scared as they watched the chaos happening, Bonkers continued on by saying, “LET ME IN!”
Then he went into a demonic tone. “Now i must finish them!”
He then began to chainsaw the door down.
When he finished, he shouted, “Y’all are going to get flipped off, bitches! I’m fuckin’ Bonkers, heard that?!”
Lola then threw the chair at Bonkers.
Bonkers angrily screamed and then he said, “Throwing a chair won’t do you any good! Now i have Knuckles to kill all of you!”
Then, Bonkers tried to summon Knuckles but Quinn grabbed him by the shoulder and yelled “You better not, or else it’s the end for us!”
Bonkers continued screaming.
Quinn then kicked Bonkers in the face, causing him to fly to the underworld, still screaming.
Quinn said, “I have to teach him a great lesson, but if he tries to kill us, I’ll report him to the police!”
”Yeah!” said Dustin.
“Now let’s just sleep there.” Lola said.
They all got to their beds and slept for a hour.
However, Bonkers was respawned out of nowhere and yelled, “HEY! Trying to send me to the underworld will not work! Now i’m flipping off all of you!”
As Bonkers said that, he grabbed out a bomb, set the timer to 25 and put it on their beds.
Then, as Bonkers set the bomb on, the guys gasped as they see a bomb.
Zoey woke up to see the bomb.
Lola then said: “Unfortunately, Bonkers put the bomb in our beds. And do you know what this means? We’ll die!”
Quinn and the guys screamed as Zoey and Lola got up to their beds and hugged each other as if they’re about to die.
Zoey: “It was nice to meet you. I’ll see you in heaven.”
Lola: “Me too! I’ll see you in heaven.”
Just then, as the bomb’s countdown reached to zero, the bomb exploded for a matter of seconds, thus killing Zoey and the gang permanently.
Just then, as Bonkers watched the explosion, he laughed in a demonic manner.
Then he shouted “My work here is almost done!” as he jumped away to the park.
It then showed the corpses of Zoey, Lola, Quinn, Dustin and Chase. However, there was blood pooling over the corpses, as if they died in a realistic way.
This scene lasted for 25 seconds before cutting to Logan’s house at night.
Logan was watching DuckTales for like 23 seconds until Bonkers broke down the door with a chainsaw.
Bonkers then yelled at Logan “You’re under arrest!”
However, Logan turned around to Bonkers and screamed in agony as he said “Bonkers, why are you killing everyone?”
He replied with this: “Because no one wanted to join the sleepover, Logan! At least i murdered them with my bomb i am holding!”
Logan then screamed: “HOW THE HELL DID YOU KNOW MY NAME!?
He then said in a deep distorted voice: “YOU ARE NEXT!”
Bonkers then walked up to Logan and grabbed out a axe and sliced Logan’s head off, killing him instantly.
Then, he yelled “Goodnight!” as he threw a bomb to the house and ran away before getting killed by the explosion.
It then cut to Logan’s house being exploded.
Then, it cut to Bonkers, who is pissed off and still angry.
He yelled “That’s enough police talk from all of the PCA students! I’ll finish them off rig-”
But before Bonkers was about to finish his sentence, He screamed, fell backward, and arrested himself for murder and homicide.
It then cut to a funeral, but what’s worse was only Michael was there and the coffins of Zoey, Lola, Quinn, Chase, Dustin and Logan are present.
I could hear emotional music which was Bach’s Fantasia in G Major BVW 572 playing in the background.
“Guys! no! You all never deserved this! I miss you all!” Michael yelled as his intestines spilled out of his stitched together stomach as his glistening teeth glistened, while crying in a realistic way.
This lasted for 18 seconds, until it cut to black.
Then the credits showed up, but the background was just a bloody sky, and It’s a Small World was playing in reverse with the text being red. It then cut to the logos, which they’re normal, but during the ApolloProMovie logo, Bonkers could be heard screaming “All of you are next!”, then cutting to the Nickelodeon Bubble Pop logo, but flipped backwards, all red and the noedolekciN jingle was heard.
After that, it faded to black, and it stayed like this for about 10 seconds.
I thought that it was over, but after 10 seconds, it showed one last thing that scared the living shit out of me.
Rather than being a demented picture of Bonkers, it was instead a demented picture of the bull from the Thomas & Friends episode “Faulty Whistles” where Duncan loudly toots his whistle, which angers the bull.
However, the bull’s eyes were black with red pupils and it was crying blood.
It was accompanied by a slow and loud distorted version of a bull’s grunt, the brake sound from the 1964 movie “The Train” and the gut wrenching Howie scream.
It then showed a message that said: “Written by Adam Kennington and Ray Burton.”
After all of that, it took me back to the menu.
I was scared shitless after what I saw.
Why did they even use a bull for the jumpscare if it wasn’t mentioned in the episode?
When my mom came home on Monday, I showed her what was on the video file and she believed me.
That following night, I didn’t sleep.
I have nightmares of ways that Bonkers could kill me like one of my friends said.
And sometimes at night, I can imagine the black eyed bull with red pupils standing near my door ready to kill me any second.
I would assume that the person behind that episode was Adam Kennington. Also, Ray Burton is the Nickelodeon counterpart of Kennington.
My advice is to all of you, if you find an email that was sent by Nickelodeon about a lost episode from one of their shows, don’t watch it.
