Yome Odicho, has been arrested and charged with harassment after an altercation at the Target on Touhy Ave. in Niles IL. During this incident, Yome had a coupon but only for electronics, she wanted to buy something from women’s health but the cashier Lara denied the coupon, after that Yome got very upset and started to make comments about the cashiers look in her native language, the cashier called the cops and Yome has been arrested and served 2 weeks at the Cook County Jail.
