Your breakfast can kill you

Recent studies have shown that the overconsumption of porridge is detrimental to one’s health. Dr. Ray Gould says that eating more than two bowels of porridge is a cause for poor gastrointestinal as well as causing white heads to appear. “It also may be a cause of grey hair” he says having tested his theory on two focus groups and those who consumed excessive amounts of porridge had started growing grew hair, even the participants who were as young as nineteen. So while porridge may be tasty, as with all things too much may be killing you.
