With the year closing, we have noticed numerous complaints. In such, there were numerous fecal matter problems in the toilet in rooms such as A side 214, 220, 310, 330, 428, 427 and 409. It was to the point where we are going to evacuate the rooms and have to hire extensive cleaning supplies starting late July 2023.
