A middle-aged man of presumed Hispanic descent, after what seems to have been a heated altercation with another customer, opens fire into the large crowd just outside of the entrance. According to eyewitness reports, a conversation nearby between two adolescent males, whose names are not included in this report for privacy reasons, were discussing an alleged presence of a functional handgun inside of a stall in the men’s restroom. The victims shortly thereafter were taken into emergency care at Kaiser Permanente.
